Mrs. Della OWENS dies at age 51

Funeral services were held Monday, February 7, at 2 p.m. at the Winfield Untied Methodist Church for Mrs. Della Marie OWENS, 51 of Winfield.

Interment was at Cambrian Cemetery. Services were arranged by McKasson-Honts Funeral Home in Winfield.

Mrs. OWENS died Friday morning, February 4, at University Hospitals in Iowa City.

She was born October 7, 1931, in Cobool, Missouri, a daughter of Jim and Georgia CAMPBELL-LANE.

She married Dean OWENS October 18, 1954, in Ainsworth.

She served as an industrial regestered nurse for H.J. Heinz in Muscatine for several years prior to 1973. She was a member of the Ainsworth United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband of Winfield, two daughters, Barb of Iowa City and Mrs. Rick (Linda) VENGHAUS of Winfield, one son, Steve of Iowa City, two grandchildren, her father and stepmother, Jim and Madaline LANE of Fairfield, and several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother and one son, Dean Jr.
