Frank Brimhall

Frank J. Brimhall, 78, of Danville, died at 935 p.m. Wednesday, June 18, 1997, at Danville Care Center, Danville.

Born May 22, 1919, in Middletown, he was the son of Horace and Edna Hoague Brimhall. On Oct. 9, 1948, he married Blanche Locke in New London.

Mr. Brimhall was a 1938 graduate of Danville High School. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, a farmer in the Danville area and worked at Iowa Army Ammunition Plant in Middletown.

He was a member of the VFW Post of New London.

Survivors include his wife; one daughter, Susan Jester of Phoenix, Ariz.; one brother, Keith Brimhall of Mount Pleasant; and two sisters, Amelia Jones of New London and Thelma Kelly of Danville.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and one sister.

There will be no visitation.

The private graveside funeral for Mr. Brimhall will be in Long Creek Cemetery, with the Rev. Jim Marshall officiating.

A memorial has been established.

Lunning Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
