Roy Clement Millspaugh 85, of Rogers, Ark,died Sept16 1989 in Rogers.
He was born Dec 28 1903 in Trenton,the son of William and Mary Rivey Millspaugh
A former resident of Mt. Pleasant,he was a Methodist,a World War 1 veteran and a member of the Loyal Order of Moose.
Survivng are a son, Mark,Rogers Ark;daughter Martha Anderson,Stevens Point,Wis; six grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. He was preceeded in death by his wife Anna, May 12,1979 .
Graveside services will be 2p.m. Thursday, Sept 21 in the Forest Home Cemetery, Mt Pleasant with Rev. Deborah Kiesey officiating. Burial will follow.
The Rollins Funeral Home, Rogers Ark is in charge of arrangements.
