DUMONT—Henrietta Knavel Krull, 93, of Dumont died Saturday, Feb. 19, 2005, of natural causes at the Dumont Care Center. Funeral services were Tuesday, Feb. 22, at the Dumont Reformed Church with the Rev. Bob Scholten officiating. Burial followed in the Dumont Cemetery.

Henrietta was born June 9, 1911, in Butler County to George Knavel and Lena Bruns. She received her education at North Prairie Hill. On Feb. 26, 1936, she was united in marriage with Martin Krull at the EUB Church in Dumont. Henrietta was a homemaker, a domestic helper for various families in Dumont and a member of the Dumont Reformed Church.

Survivors include sister Gertrude Pagenkopf of Evansdale and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Martin; and three brothers.

Sietsema-Vogel Funeral Home in Dumont was in charge of the arrangements.
