Ackley, Gladys Augusta Pauline Kasischke, 83, of Ackley, formerly of Buckeye, died Thursday, June 15, at Franklin General Hospital, Hampton, of natural causes, she is survived by a niece, Vera Norem of Ackley; she was preceded in death by a brother, Clarence; services will be 10:30a.m. Tuesday at Peace United Church of Christ, with burial in Buckeye Cemetery; friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday at Surls Funeral Home, Iowa Falls, with the family present from 7 to 8p.m.; she was a telephone operator for the Buckeye Telephone Co.
