HAMPTON - Wilma E. Fredericks, 90, of Hampton died Wednesday, Nov. 26, at the Franklin General Hospital Nursing Facility in Hampton. Funeral services were Tuesday, Dec. 2, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Hampton with Rev. Karl Bollhagen officiating. Burial was in the Hampton Cemetery.
Wilma was born May 14, 1913, in Latimer to George and Martha (Lemke) Meyer. She was raised in the Latimer area and attended St. Paul's Lutheran School in Latimer, graduating in 1927. On Oct. 3, 1934, she was united in marriage to Clarence Fredericks at Latimer. Wilma was employed as a nurse's aid at the Hampton Care Center, and was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Hampton.
Survivors include two brothers, LeRoy Meyer of Idaho Falls, Idaho, and Gerald Meyer of Detroit Lakes; and one sister, Joyce Braton of Hawley, Minn. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clarence; one daughter, Janice; one brother, Melvin Meyer; three sisters, Leona Abbas, Idella Holand and Donna Mae Eid.
