WILLIAMS-Dr. Stanton W. Nicholson, 27, of Lafayette, Ind., died Friday, Aug. 3, 2001, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Kokoma, Ind. Services were held Tuesday at Sycamore Friends Church in Sycamore, Ind. with burial in Green Lawn Cemetery, Greentown, Ind.
Stanton was born Aug. 5, 1973, in Kokoma, Ind., to Paul and Bonnie Swan Nicholson. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University and was a partner with Tanner, Evans and Nicholson Optometrists in Lafayette. He was to be married Aug. 11, 2001, to Dr. Christine D. Phillips of Lafayette, formerly of Williams.
