The funeral services of the late Edwin H. Yarger were held at Hotel Winchester on Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock and were conducted by Rev. L.C. Clark, pastor of the M.E. church, after which all that was mortal of the once popular mine host of this hotel were laid away in the beautiful cemetery on the hill just east of town.

Mrs E.H. Yarger (Emma Canaam) will continue to conduct Hotel Winchester and under her management it is safe to predict that the house will continue to hold its present popularity with the traveling public. Mrs Yarger has had long practical experience in the conduct of a hotel and understands the needs of the public.
