Iowa Falls

Emory E. Silvey, 77, of Iowa Falls died of a heart ailment Monday at home. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at United Methodist Church in Alden, of which he was a member. Burial will be at Alden Cemetery.

Mr. Silvey was born in Belmond and had lived in Alden most of his life. He was a retired farmer and member of Hyman-Peavey- American Legion in Iowa Falls and was a World War II Army veteran.

Surviving are his wife, Nelle, a daughter, Pamela Driscoll of Sheboygan, Wis.; a brother, Cecil of Dows, two sisters, Tinceoline Ziesman and Maxine Kielsmeier, both of Iowa falls and a grandchild.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Suris Funeral Home in Iowa Falls.
