Former Minister's rites Wednesday

IOWA FALLS- Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the First Christian Church here for the Rev. Ella Sours, 89, who died Sunday at a Nora Springs nursing home.

The Rev. Sours had been pastor of the First Christian Church here for 27 years before her retirement in 1946. Burial will be in the Union Cemetery with the Rev. Richard Sweeney officiating. The Anderson Funeral Home, Iowa Falls, is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Harold (Martha) Baker, Iowa Falls; a son, J. Newton Sours, Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and three grandchildren.
