BRITT: Eva Landheer, 92, of Britt, died Saturday (Jan. 27, 1990) at Hancock County Memorial Hospital, Britt, of natural causes.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Ewing Funeral Chapel, Britt, with the Rev. Clyde Lee officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Britt.

Visitation will be after 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

She was born April 9, 1897, near Iowa Falls, a daughter of William and Flora (North) Richardson. As a young girl, she moved with her parents to the Stilson area where she spent most of her early years.

She married Daniel Landheer Dec. 28, 1947, at Goodell. The couple farmed near Buffalo Center for six years. In 1953, they moved to Britt. He died in September, 1971. In 1975, she moved to the Westview Care Center, Britt. She was a member of the Stilson United Methodist Church, where she was active in youth work.

Survivors include a sister in law, Martha Beekman, Buffalo Center, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers and three sisters.
