Obituary

Christina Wenz was born in Baden, Germany November 8, 1834 and came to this county with her husband in 1860. She was married to Bernhard Roswag in 1855 and to this union five children were born, Mrs. Theodore Schoemaker who proceeded her, Chris who lives on the home place; Mrs. Henry Lau of Klemme, William and Mrs. Louis Henschen of Garner. There are also fifteen grandchildren. Her husband died eight years ago. The funeral services were held Thursday afternoon from the German M. E. church conducted by Rev. Panzlau.
