Services for Aaron Tackett, 17, of Nashville, TN, formerly of Garner, who died Friday, Jan. 5, 1996 at Nashville, TN, will be held 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 10, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Garner with Rev. James Lamb and Rev. Clyde Kieschnick, officiating.

Mrs. Dean Cataldo, organist, will accompany Gary Moore, soloist. Ushers will be Ray Radloff and Earl Webner.

Casket bearers will be Joe Huinker, Charles "Red" Baker, Bob Sniezek, Ron Haberkamp, Harvey Mitchell and John Flattery.

Burial will be in Concord Township, Cemetery in Garner. Visitation was Tuesday at the Cataldo Funeral Chapel in Garner.

Aaron Lamson Tackett, the son of Terry Tackett and Linda (Dempster) Howard, was born October 11, 1978 at Mason City. He attended school in Garner and Hobbs, NM. In 1992, he returned to Garner where he attended Garner-Hayfield Community Schools. In March of 1995, he moved to Nashville, TN where he worked for a food service company. Aaron enjoyed fishing and golfing.

He was a former member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Garner.

He is survived by his mother, Linda Howard and her husband, Robert of Nashville, TN; his father, Terry Tackett of Garner; a brother, Eric Tackett of Garner; a sister, Tara Tackett of Austin, MN; a half-sister, Cherise Whitbeck of Las Vegas, NV: and a niece Louren Tackett of Austin, MN.

He was preceded in death by both maternal and paternal grandparents.
