Mrs. Fred Missal Dead

Mrs. Fred Missal, who has been very ill for the past four months, died at her home in Orthel township Sunday, September 28th. Funeral services were held last Wednesday and interment was made in the Orthel cemetery.

Mrs. Missal was born 53 years ago and has lived practically all her life in this county. She has been a sufferer from cancer for the past year and about a month ago was taken to Rochester where she was operated on. This proved unsuccessful and when able she was brought back to her home, where she lived just a week longer. She leaves to mourn her death her husband and five children, Fred, Ethel, Esther, Alma and Herbert.

Those from out of town who were in attendance at the funeral were: Rudolph Missal and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Kuhn, of Winona, Ill; Mrs. Pommet, of Missouri, and Mr. and Mrs. Emil Petrich, of Henkenson, N. Dak., and Miss Bertha Wagner, of Britt, and the Wagner family, of Corwith.
