Passing of Little Doris Jean Block

The death of little Doris Jean Block is recorded as being at eleven o'clock Wednesday night, January 2nd, from bronchopneumonia. She was eleven months and 7 days old at death.

Doris Jean is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Block and was born in Britt on January 26, 1934. Mrs. Block was formerly Emily Smidt.

Funeral services were held at the country home of Henry Smidt Friday afternoon in charge of the Rev. B. A. Rust. Burial was made in Evergreen cemetery.
