Services for Albert M. Christenson, 80, Billings, MT, who died Wednesday, Oct. 5, 1988 at the Deaconess Medical Center in Billings, MT, were held Saturday, Oct. 8, 1988, 1:30 p.m. at the Ewing Funeral Chapel in Britt with Rev. J. Larry Vallery officiating.

Music was provided by organist, Leann Buns, who accompanied soloist, Carol Evers.

Casket bearers were Dean Haugland, Terry Goepel, Craig Goepel, Marty Goepel, Arlan Kyle and Mark Kyle.

Burial was at the Crystal Township Cemetery in Crystal Lake with Ewing Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

Albert Melvin Christenson, the son of "C.M." Christian and Clara Nelson Christenson, was born August 20, 1908 in Britt. He attended Britt Community Schools. As a young man he moved to Billings and worked on several ranches. Later he was employed as a baker in Billings for many years.

Mr. Christenson was united in marriage with Pearl Hornbuckle and they made their home in the Billings area.

He is survived by one sister, Evelyn Hansen of Britt; one half-sister, Mrs. Dean (Deloris) Leaman of Columbia, MD; two step-sisters, Evelyn Kyle and Delphine Pigman, both of Britt; also several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, step-mother, two brothers and one half-sister.
