Rites Held For Stevenson Boy

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Stevenson, of Britt, mourn the passing of their only son, Mark Robert, who died at a Minneapolis, Minn., hospital, June 28.

Funeral services were held at the Osman Chapel, Wednesday, with the Rev. R. Maynard Bell in charge and burial was made in Evergreen Cemetery at Britt. Quite a number of relatives came from the Minneapolis vicinity to attend the last rites.

Mark Robert Stevenson was born at the Hancock County Memorial Hospital at Britt, October 6, 1954. He had been ill since birth, and hospitalized much of the time - three and a half months in the Blank Memorial Hospital at Des Moines and a week at a Minneapolis hospital where death came Tuesday, June 28.

Surviving are the parents, and a sister, Becky, 3 1/2 years. Britt; the paternal grandmother, and the maternal grandparents, all of Minneapolis, Minn.
