J. R. Stevensons Mourn Daughter

Funeral services were held at the Osman Funeral Chapel in Britt, Saturday afternoon for Janice Marie Stevenson, daughter of John Robert and Rachel Langford Stevenson, of Kansas City, Mo. Burial was made in Evergreen cemetery at Britt. The Rev. R. Maynard Bell officiated.

Janice Marie Stevenson was born June 28, 1950, at Joplin, Mo., and brought much happiness to the home of her parents. On February 7, 1954, she showed signs of illness and her case was diagnosed as leukemia. Medical skill failed to save her life and death came June 3, 1954. She had reached the age of 3 years, 11 months and 5 days.

Surviving are the parents and a brother, Ronald Bruce, aged six and other relatives.

Mr. Stevenson is the son of the late John and Marie Stevenson and grew to manhood in Britt.
