FOREST CITY — Mrs. Frank (Lorraine) Kasik, 56, of Forest City, a secretary at the Forest City Community middle school for 17 years, died Monday (March 31, 1980) at a Rochester, Minn., hospital.

Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Forest City, with the Rev. Ole Winter and the Rev. Steven Dornbusch officiating. Burial will be in the Madison Township Cemetery, Forest City.

Visitation will be after 4 p.m. today at the Petersen Funeral Home, Forest City, and prior to the services at the church.

The family requests that memorials be given to Riverside Bible Camp, Story City.

Mrs. Kasik is survived by her husband Frank; a son, Kyle, a student at Sioux Falls, S.D.; her father, Southwik Larson, Northwood; five sisters, Mrs. Bertrin (Marcella) Hauge, Lake Mills; Mrs. Donald (Louise) Reeder. Northwood; Mrs. Dean (Merle) Statzer, Mason City; Mrs. Burton (Dorothy) Williams, Northwood, and Mrs. Ken
(Norita) Carrigan, .Aurora, Colo., and two brothers, Duane and Norman Larson, both of Decorah.
