From Story City Herald October 27, 1932 (page 7)

Mrs. Ole Millang

Mrs. Ole Millang (nee Elizabeth Olson Boe) daughter of Lars and Ubjor Olson Boe, was born one and one-half mile south of Randall, Iowa, July 6, 1861, and died at Story City, Iowa, Oct. 19, 1932. She was at her death some over 71 years old.

On Oct. 17, 1883, she was united in marriage to Ole Millang. To this union were born 14 children, of which four are living. They are: Gerhard of Story City, Ole of Rose Grove, Ubert of Canada and Olive of Minneapolis, Minn.

The Millanges made their home in Rose Grove from the time they were married until a few months ago when Mrs. Millang, because of sickness, entered the Sunset Home in Story City.

Mrs. Millang had been of ill health the last 40 years; her life had not been very pleasant, but as a Christian she carried her cross patiently.

Those who mourn her departure are her husband and children, also her sister, Miss Carrie Olson Boe of Story City.

Mrs. Millang was buried from the Randall church Oct. 24. A large audience paid their last respects to this old settler. Revs. Paulsrud and Jacobson officiated. The remains were brought to Rose Grove for interment.
