Mrs. Powers Passed Away
Mrs. H. B. Hanson received the sad news Monday stating that their daughter, Mollie, had died Saturday, Aug. 13. Mrs. Powers was the oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. B. Hanson of Randall. She was born at Minneapolis June 12, 1886, being 46 years, two months and one day old at the time of her death at the hospital at Tacoma. She moved with her parents to Randall as a small child and confirmed in Elim church by Rev. Heidal. Later she was married at Des Moines and moved to Tacoma, Wash., where she lived until her death. Her father went to Tacoma three weeks ago and remained with her until the end. Mrs. Powers leaves besides her parents, four sisters, Mrs. C. O. Thompson of Des Moines, Mrs. Wm. Anderson of California, Mrs. Ray Anderson and Mrs. Jack Paggett of Randall; two brothers, Melvin Hanson of Des Moines and Raymond Hanson of this place.
