Mrs. Robert G. Wolkenhauer

Anna Bratteland was born at Kelley, Iowa, October 14, 1887, and died at Story City, March 24, 1921. She died of abscesses of the lungs and leakage of the heart. She was taken sick last December. She was laid to rest in Mamrelund cemetery on March 26, 1921.

December 2, 1908, she was united in marriage to Robert G. Wolkenhauer of Pocahontas. To this union in 1912 was forn one son, who died in infancy.

Those left to mourn her death are her devoted husband, Robert G. Wolkenhauer and one full sister, Josephine Wolkenhauer of Story City, and step-father, Mr. T. L. Wolkenhauer of Des Moines, Albert W. Wolkenhauer of Madison, S. D., Frank H. Wolkenhauer of Limon, Colo., and many other relatives and friends.

She was loved and respected by all who knew her.
