Zack Gardner and wife were called to Webster City, the first of the week, to attend the funeral of the wife of the former’s brother, Mrs. C. F. Gardner. Mr. Gardner was stricken with paralysis about the first of September and is still in a serious condition.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows this was Kathryn who was born Aug. 29, 1882 and is buried in Graceland Cemetery in Webster City, IA.
