MRS. U. B. OLSON'S DEATH

Mrs. U. B. Olson died at her home south of Randall, Wednesday night, May 18, between 11 and 12 o'clock, aged nearly 81, the direct cause of death being erysipelas.

Mrs. Olson was born in Norway and came to America in 1849 and to Hamilton county in 1857, residing on the home place here the past 53 years. She was married at an early age to Lars B. Olson, now deceased, and of this union eight children were born, three of which, Carrie Olson, at home; O. B. Olson south of Randall and Mrs. Lizzie Millang, of Rose Grove, besides many grand children survive her.

The memory of this good mother, this pioneer who struggled side by side with her husband in early days that they might have a home of their own, will long be remembered by the neighbors and friends.

The funeral was held Saturday afternoon.
