Wednesday, August 18, 1993Elizabeth J. Kepler passed away Tuesday morning, August 17, at Ellen's Convalescent Home where she has resided for the past four months.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 21 at Foster Funeral Home in Webster City with Rev. Vernon Sorensen officiating.
Burial will be at Graceland Cemetery, also in Webster City. There will be no visitation.
Elizabeth Jane Hart, the daughter of Joseph and Martha Knutson Hart was born April 11, 1914 in Williams.
She attended the Williams school system and graduated from high school there in 1931. On September 7, 1940 she married Eugene Kepler in Webster City, where she was a homemaker and housewife.
She is survived by her three sons, Richard (Huxley), Howard (Arvada, Colo.), and LeRoy (Dows), one daughter, Carla Brownfield (Des Moines), three grandchildren, and one brother, Joe Hart (Dows).
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene, on September 5, 1992, her parents, six brothers, Howard, Fergeson, Frank, Carl, George and Roy, and one sister, Eva Merz.
She was a member of the Asbury United Methodist Church and is a former member of the Moose Lodge and Royal Neighbors.
