William Moats, 87, Park Rapids, Minn., formerly of Webster City, died June 11, 2002 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Park Rapids. Services are Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at Faith Baptist Church in Park Rapids. Visitation is from 7-8 p.m. Friday at the Jones-Pearson Funeral Home in Park Rapids and one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the church.

[according to his wife's obituary - William and Virginia Buck were married November 27, 1945 at the First Baptist Church in Council Bluffs, Iowa. After he was discharged from the Army Air Force in 1946 they moved to Webster City where they lived for 42 years. William and Virginia are buried at the Greenwood Cemetery, Park Rapids, Minnesota]
