Mrs. Harold (Georgia) Miller, 66, a longtime Webster City area resident died Monday evening at her home, 801 Ohio St.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Foster Funeral home with the Rev. Charles Smith officiating and with burial in the Cass Center cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 o'clock tonight.

Georgia Juanita Norman, daughter of Russell and Nora McDowell Norman, was born Oct. 9, 1917 at Decatur county, Iowa. She was educated in the rural schools in that area and graduated from the Lamoni high school.

She moved with her parents to the Webster City area in 1939. On Feb. 23, 1939 she was married to Harold R. Miller, at Fort Dodge, and the couple farmed in the Mulberry Center area.

Mr. Miller retired in 1976, and the couple continued to reside on the family farm.

She was preceded in death by her husband in December, 1982, and she moved into Webster City in February, 1983, where she had since resided.

She is survived by one daughter, Carolynn Miller of Webster City; six sisters, Mrs. Fred (Thelma) Rhodes of Des Moines, Mrs. Kyle (Hildred) Germaine of Toddville, Iowa, Mrs. Frank (Marjorie) Pettit and Mrs. Dean (Pauline) Seeman, both of Cedar Rapids, and Mrs. Beulah McKay and Mrs. Lowell (Betty) Caquelin, both of Webster City, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, one brother and one sister.

She was a member of the Mulberry Center United Methodist church.
