Gilbert G. Hirsch, 28, died Aug. 14, 2003 at his home. Memorial services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 20 at Bruce's Funeral Home Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be held from 5-7p.m. Tuesday evening at the funeral home. Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.

Gilbert George Hirsch was born Nov. 9, 1974 in Webster City. He was raised in and around the Eagle Grove area where he received his education, graduating from Eagle Grove High School.

He is survived by his two children, Madison and Jacob Hirsch, and his parents, Marlys and Tom Roe, all of Webster City. Gilbert is also survived by two sisters, Linda Rogers of Council Bluffs and Tammy Thomas of Goldfield. His grandmother Peggy Parker lives in Jefferson. Many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive him.
