Esther Halsne Huisman, 81, Story City, formerly of Jewell, died Friday, Sept. 5, 2003 at Bethany Manor in Story City. Funeral services were held Monday, Sept. 8, 2003 at the Bethany Manor Chapel in Story City with Chaplain Sandy Anenson to officiate. Burial followed at the Rose Grove Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established for the Alzheimer Unit at Bethany Manor and Rose Grove Church.
