Thorval (Ted) Norager of Arizona died May 7, 2003 at his home. Memorial services will be Saturday, June 7 at 11 a.m. at the Federated United Church of Christ in Jewell. Private family burial of his cremains will take place in Greenwood Cemetery near Jewell. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 8125 N. 23rd Ave., Suite 222, Phoenix, Ariz. 85021. Becker Funeral Home in Jewell was entrusted with the local arrangements.

Thorval S. Norager, 78, of Sun City, a farmer, died May 7, 2003. Son of Morten and Lydia Norager, he was born in Outlook, Mont. Ted Norager served in the Army. Survivors include his second wife, Avon (Allen) Golden Norager; two daughters, Carol Peterman, Sharman Beeson; a step daughter Lindy Moreno; a step son, Dennis Golden; three sisters, Ruby Hawks, Mildred Fry and Doris Stoner; eight grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
