Funeral services for Gladys Frazier, 78, will be held Monday, March 30 at 1:30 p.m. at the Foster Funeral Home with Rev. David LaMaster officiating. Burial will be in the Cass Center Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Saturday. Mrs. Frazier, a former Webster City resident, who had resided at the Stratford Care Center, died this morning, March 27 at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, Minn.

Gladys Capsel Frazier, the daughter of Edward and Ellen Conroy Capsel, was born March 30, 1908 in Wright County. She was educated in rural schools and married Glen Frazier on May 23, 1939 at Clarion.

The couple resided at Clarion, Eagle Grove and Webster City where she was employed at the Middleton Produce Company. Following her husband's death in 1981, she continued to reside in Webster City before moving to the Stratford Care Center two years ago.

Survivors are one daughter and one son Wanda Witte of Madrid and Walter Hilpipre of Webster City; 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; one brother, Ora Capsel of Webster City.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, one granddaughter, one brother and one sister.
