Jeri Lue (Burnett) Hatcher, 62, passed away at St. Therese Hospital in Waukegan IL., on March 10, 2005. She was born in Webster City, IA on April 7, 1942 to Donald and Amelia (Wells) Burnett.

Jeri graduated from Webster City Community Schools in 1960. On June 7, 1964 she married Marvin Hatcher in Webster City, IA at Evangelical United Methodist Church. Marvin and Jeri moved to Madison in 1964, they later moved to Milwaukee in 1967, ending in Kenosha in 1968. Jeri was an active member of the First United Methodist Church. She belonged to their Woman's Club (Rachael Chapter) for some time, was a member of the choir for the past 23 years, and was a PEO beginning approximately in 1987. Jeri was an Office Manager for a Certified Public Account Office.

Jeri is survived by her loving husband Marvin; her two sons Terry (Sheryl) Hatcher and Tony Hatcher; one brother Daryl (Carol) Burnett of Webster City, IA; and many other loving family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm on Monday, March 14, 2005 at First United Methodist Church in the Sanctuary (919 60th St. corner of 60th & Sheridan). Rev. Kathleen Nuzzo and Rev. Linda Farmer-Lewis will be officiating. Those who wish to greet the family may do so following the service in the Great Hall. The family is asking memorials be made to the First United Methodist Church Woman's Club and to the ALS Society.
