Lenore Jensen, 84, Iowa Falls, died Saturday, Dec. 22, 2001 at Scenic Manor Nursing Home in Iowa Falls. Funeral services will be Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Williams with Rev. Tom Hunt officiating. Burial will be in the Williams Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, with the family present from 6-8 p.m.

Lenore Bell was born Oct. 17, 1917 in Williams, the daughter of Sidney and Caroline Johnson Bell. She graduated from Williams High School in 1935. She married George Jensen on Sept. 9, 1938 in Bethany, MO. She was a bus driver for the Williams and Northeast Hamilton Schools and was a cashier at the MM Truckstop, I-35 Truckstop and Boondocks Truckstop.

Survivors are her husband, George; daughter and son-in-law, Marlene and Wayne Anderson of Williams, a son and daughter-in-law, George and Maria Jensen, Iowa City; two grandsons and a spouse, Allen and Roxanne Anderson, Williams and Dean Jensen of Scottsdale, Ariz.; two granddaughters and spouse, Margie and Bill Scott of Gilbert, Michelle Jensen of Iowa City; one step-granddaughter; 6 great-grandchildren; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Irene and Charles Mayo of Pocahontas, Jane Olson of Williams; a brother and sister-in-law, Marion and Gladys Bell of Iowa Falls; and three sisters-in-law, Mildred Bell, Hampton, MaryLois Bell of Des Moines and Ann Bell of Storm Lake. She was preceded in death by her parents and four brothers, Melvin, Everette, Tom and Sidney Jr. Bell.

She was a member of the St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Williams, Women's Club and Legion Auxiliary.
