Ione (Mrs. Oliver) Rehnblom, 72, Webster City, died Sunday morning, Oct. 15 at the Hamilton County Hospital. She had been hospitalized for the past three weeks and had been in failing health for the past seven months. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Oct. 17 at 1:30 p.m. at Asbury United Methodist Church, Rev. Vernon Sorensen officiating. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery. Visitation at the Foster Funeral Home will be from 4 p.m. today until 9 a.m. Tuesday, when the casket will be taken to the church.

Ione Madaline Parrish, daughter of Roscoe and Madaline Smalley Parrish, was born Sept. 2, 1917 in Woolstock. She graduated from Woolstock High School in 1935. She married Oliver Rehnblom on Dec. 21, 1947 in Fort Dodge. The couple farmed southwest of Webster City and moved to Webster City in July 1986.

She is survived by her husband Oliver, Webster City, son Joey Rehnblom, Stratford; two sisters, Shirley (Mrs. Kenneth) Voss, Jewell and Charlene (Mrs. Andrew) Yates, Webster City; a sister-in-law, Wilma Parrish, Webster City, a brother-in-law, John Bell, Jewell; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, two sisters and one nephew.
