Pauline Heidick, 83, Webster City, died Sunday, Dec. 16, 2001 at her home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at Foster Funeral Home with Pastor Sue Enzian officiating. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5-9 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday until the service time.

Pearl Pauline Clausen, daughter of Arthur and Flossie Royster Clausen, was born May 1, 1918 on a farm north of Duncombe. She graduated from Duncombe High School with the class of 1934. On July 29, 1937 she married Arthur Frank Heidick at Webster City. The couple farmed in the Duncombe-Brushy Creek area. In 1961, they retired from farming and moved to Webster City. She had been employed at the McMurray Hatchery and Farmers National Bank prior to her retirement. Her retirement years were spent doing the things she loved most, playing bingo and camping. Mr. Heidick died Sept. 20, 1983.

She will be sadly missed by her family, daughters and sons-in-law, Susanna and John McCormick of Rock Island, Ill., Margie and Donald Zehner of Webster City; grandchildren, Shelly and Moji Hosseini of Iowa City, Donald "Chip" Zehner of Stratford; great-grandchildren, Sean and Ashley Hosseini, Iowa City; sister, Eva Enburg of Fort Dodge.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Howard Clausen.

She was a member of the Duncombe United Methodist Church.
