Kathleen Norton, 31, Emmetsburg, died Monday, August 20, 2001 at the Emmetsburg Care Center. Graveside services will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at Graceland Cemetery.

Kathleen Lynn Norton, daughter of Kenneth and Mildred Hardyke Norton, was born October 6, 1969 at Fort Dodge. She received her education from the Jewell Community Schools. At the age of 16, she moved with her family to Kansas, later returning to Webster City. She had resided at the Hamilton County Care Facility, Kathleen's Care Center and for several years at the Emmetsburg Care Center.

She is survived by her mother, grandmother, Virginia Tuttle of Ellsworth, brothers and sisters Kara Perkins of Kansas and Crystal and Keith Norton of Clarion.

She was preceded in death by a son and her father.
