Florence M. Rubash, 68, Webster City, died Monday, January 8, 2001 at Trinity Regional Hospital in Fort Dodge. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church with Rev. John Flaherty officiating. Burial will be followed by a scripture service at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Foster Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5-9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home and after 9 a.m. Friday at the church.

Florence Mae LaFave, daughter of Edward and Magdalene Morsher LaFave was born Oct. 15, 1932 in East Grand Forks, Mn. On June 9, 1952 she married Robert A. Rubash in East Grand Forks.

She is survived by her husband, Robert of Webster City, three sons, Kevin of Webster City, Randy of Castle Rock, Wa., Mitchell and daughter-in-law Joni of Billings, Mt., three daughters and sons-in-law, Janelle and Scott McCormick of Sultan, Wa., Lorna and Bill Worm of Billings, Mt., and Rita Williams of Webster City, 14 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, four sisters and one brother.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sons and one daughter, three brothers and three sisters.

She was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church and the Catholic Daughters of America in Webster City.
