Maxine Leota Arbogast, 88, passed away Saturday, May 20, 2006 at Northern Lights Health Care Center in Washburn, Wis. She was born May 26, 1917 in Des Moines and grew up in Webster City and married Ronald C. Arbogast on May 26, 1937. They owned the Seneca Market with Ron's brother, Lyle. She will be buried in Webster City next to her husband at a date to be announced.
