DIED - In Menominee, Michigan, the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R.R. Crane. The remains were brought to Stratford on Monday and laid to rest in the Olson cemetery.

R.R. Crane is the son of Robert Crane of this place and is well known by our readers. Thus another flower is gone. "Scarcely on earth she smiled ere she fell asleep."

Mrs. C.M. Blaine of Sioux City, sister of Mrs. R.R. Crane, came Monday to attend the funeral of R.R. Crane's child. Mrs. C.M. Blaine returned to Sioux City today (Thursday), her sister, Mrs. R.R. Crane accompanying her to stay for a few weeks. Mrs. Blaine reports D.M. Blaine very sick. His many friends here hope for a speedy recovery.
