Lori Eileen Johnson, 25, Fort Dodge, died Friday, July 14, 2000 in a car-train accident. Funeral services were held Monday at 2 p.m. at St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Fort Dodge with Pastor Allen Hermeier officiating. Burial will be in the North Lawn Cemetery. Foster Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.

Lori Eileen Johnson was born July 24, 1974 at Fort Dodge. She graduated from Fort Dodge High School in 1992. She was a former employee of Hawkeye Glove, Fort Dodge, Tasler Pallet and Lumber and Frigidaire Co., Webster City.

Survivors are a daughter, Tayloren Leigh Preston, son Kadyn D'Aire Preston; father and stepmother, Carter and Jean Johnson of Webster City, mother and stepfather Helen and Charles Flinkinger of Fort Dodge, sisters and brothers-in-law, Debbie and Tim Bergman, Stratford; Julie and Christ Kudron, Garner, brother Jamie Johnson, Fort Dodge; step-sister Cathy Groves, Webster City; stepbrother and step-sister-in-law Craig and Jody Groves, Webster City; paternal grandfather and step-grandmother, Joseph and Patricia Johnson of Ames, paternal grandmother and step-grandfather Murial and J.D. Stark of Palm Desert, Calif., step-grandmother, five nieces, four nephews and five aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents Marvin and Eileen Koestner and Charlotte Koestner.
