Brad Zamora, Cedar Rapids, a former Webster City resident, died Tuesday, Dec. 28, 1999 at Idaho Springs, CO. Funeral services were held on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Foster Funeral Home in Webster City. Burial was in the Neese Cemetery south of Webster City. Visitation will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday until the time of service.

Brad Lee Joseph Zamora, son of George and Joan Zamora, was born Oct. 18, 1967 at Denver, CO. He later became a family member of Ralph and Susan Storm of Webster City. He attended Webster City High School and later graduated from Metro High School in Cedar Rapids in 1986. He received an Associate of Applied Science degree in electronics from DeVry Institute of Technology in Phoenix, AZ in 1988. He worked at Ancomp/Xidex Corporation in Santa Clara, CA. as a certification technician until July of 1989 when he accepted a position with Applied Materials, Inc. in Santa Clara as a support system technician. He worked there from July 1989 to May 1992. He was employed at Motorola in Irvine, CA. from August of 1992 through April 1995 as an equipment technician.

He is survived by his foster parents, Ralph and Susan Storm, Webster City; his brother and sister-in-law, Travis and Erin Storm of Webster City; mother and stepfather, Joan and Jim Teachout of Cedar Rapids, three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Sherie L. Zamora of Denver, CO., Laurie and Richard Moritz, Cedar Rapids and Cathy and John Williams, Bagley, IA., one brother, James Steichen of Flayton, MN., and a companion, Helane Golden of Cedar Rapids.

He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers. He was an FFA member during high school and was confirmed into the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Mankato, MN. at the age of 14.
