Raymond L. Blue, 75, a former Webster City resident, died this morning at St. Mary's Health Center in St. Louis County, Mo. He had been currently living at Kirkwood, Mo.

Arrangements are pending and will be announced Thursday by the Foster Funeral home.

He was born Dec. 25, 1909 at Webster City, the son of Heyo and Gretchen Cassen Blue. He was reared and educated at Webster City.

He was married to Zola Kennedy on June 16, 1930 at Webster City and the couple resided here for two years before moving to St. Louis, Mo. where they had lived the past 52 years.

He is survived by his wife; one daughter, Rachel Mrkacek, of St. Louis, one son, Robert Blue, also of St. Louis; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two sisters and one brother, Lena Eggers and Mrs. Elling (Margaret) Ellingson, both of Webster City, and one brother, Walter Blue of St. Louis,

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Eleanor Horn of Webster City.
