Keith L. Cupp, 44, Council Bluffs, formerly of Webster City died July 22, 1999. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Cutler Funeral Home Chapel in Council Bluffs with Rev. Will Reger of First Congregational Church, Council Bluffs, officiating. Burial will be at the Cedar Lawn Cemetery, Council Bluffs. Visitation is Monday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Cutler Funeral Home Chapel. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society of Abraham Lincoln High School MIMES, Council Bluffs.

Keith Cupp was born in Webster City and graduated from Webster City High School. He graduated from Ellsworth Community College and worked with his father at Ernie's 66 Service Station in Webster City. He worked in the fuel industry, from attendant at Brightwell Oil Co. in Des Moines to manager at the Flying Dutchman Oil Co. in Altoona, then station manager at Brightwell, and then Coastal Mart, Des Moines. He was store manager for Total Petroleum in Des Moines, and also managed a store for Mona's in Des Moines. At the time of his death, he was a sales representative for Fauser Oil Co. in Lincoln, NE.

He was a member of St. John's United Church of Christ, Council Bluffs Fish and Game Club, Ducks Unlimited and was an honorary member of the Abraham Lincoln High School MIMES.

Survivors are his wife, Jo Birdsall Cupp, Council Bluffs; a daughter, Adrian Barcus, Council Bluffsw; his mother, Geneva Cupp of Webster City; father Ernie Cupp of Webster City; sister, Karilyn Cupp of Webster City; uncle Marvin Alexander of Omaha, and aunt Marge Alexander of Littleton, CO.
