Beula Mae Middents, 96, Bremerton, Wa., died June 15, 1999 at the Bremerton Convalescent Center. Services are under the direction of the Lewis Funeral Chapel, Bremerton, WA. Inurnment will be at the First Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Kamrar. Memorials may be made to the Seminary Scholarship, University of Dubuque, 2050 University, Dubuque, IA 52001.

Beula Mae Middents, daughter of Lewis H. and Hattie Willby Burdick, was born May 21, 1903 at Bruce, SD. She was raised and educated in Bruce, graduating with the class of 1922. She also graduated from Northern Normal and Industrial School with the Class of 1926. She taught school at Sisslton, Bruce, Ripp and Parker, S.D. She served as principal at Tripp and Parker. On August 8, 1937, she married Lenhard R. Middents at Parker, SD. He preceded her in death in March, 1999.

Survivors are Capt. Paul and Ellen Middents, Silverdale, WA., two grandchildren, Lisa Middents of North Hampton, Maine and Dirk Middents of Seattle, WA., and a nephew, George B. Ware of Richfield, MN.
