OBITUARY

Robert Wayne Silvey

The home of Mr. and Mrs. Fred [Florence Mabel Brandt] Silvey, north of Stratford, was made sad on New Years Day by the death of their infant son, who was taken seriously ill a few days before his death before with influenza.

Robert Wayne Silvey was born on December 12, 1926, and was but twenty days old at the time of his death. He had been with his bereaved parents but a short time but they had learned to love him and his passing leaves them bereft and heartbroken. Besides his parents he leaves three sisters to mourn his death. Friends extend sincere condolences to the bereaved ones.

Funeral services were held Sunday from the home and were conducted by Rev. William Bottom of the M.E. church. The remains were laid peacefully to rest in the South Marion cemetery.
