F.L. RISTRIM DROPS DEAD IN POST OFFICE MONDAY FORENOON

Frank L. Ristrim, highly respected resident for many years, dropped dead in the local post office about 9:30 o'clock Monday morning. He was in his usual health when he left his home in the south part of town to get his mail. He called for it and was engaged in looking it over when he suddenly fell to the floor of the lobby. Those in the post office hurried to his aid and called a physician but life was extinct.

Deceased was a retired farmer who before moving here a few years ago had lived in Des Moines. When he and Mrs. Ristrim moved here a few years ago they purchased the former Al. Hengy property and this has since been their home.

He leaves his wife, one daughter, Mrs. Lacey Walker of Ten Eyck, N.J., and a son, Clifford, who resides in Idaho. Mrs. Jennie Chapman of this place is a sister.

It is planned to hold the funeral services in the home this afternoon at 2 o'clock. Miller's in charge.
