Services held for Lester Poulson, 75

Lester Poulson, 75 years, passed away Saturday morning, November 6, at the Boone County Hospital at Boone. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 9, at Calvary Methodist Church in Stratford with Rev. Walter Phelps officiating. Hanson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements and burial was at the South Marion Cemetery.

Mr. Poulson is survived by his wife, Irene [Teander]; two daughters, Mrs. Arlo (Ardelle) Johnson of Pilot Mound and Mrs. Leon (Maurine) Stark of Stratford; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Other survivors include three sisters, Mrs. Bert Lincoln of Long Beach, California; Mrs. Frank Earhart of Lohrville, Iowa and Mrs. Florence Kelley of Stratford.

Mr. Poulson was a retired farmer living in Stratford at the time of his death.
