Florence Peterson

STRATFORD - Mrs. George (Florence) Peterson, 82, formerly of Stratford died Sunday, Jan. 20 in the North Care Center in Humboldt.

She was born June 17, 1891 in Stratford, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Fallein. She was a member of the Calvary Methodist Church and of the Avon Chapter No. 504 Order of the Eastern Star in Stratford.

Survivors include one son, William of Stratford; one daughter, Mrs. Richard (Phyllis) Christensen; one brother, Loren of Oregon; one sister, Mrs. Lloyd (Elna) Anderson; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Jan. 23 at 2 p.m. in the Calvary Methodist Church with the Rev. Ellis Andrews officiating. Interment will be in the South Marion Cemetery at Stratford.

Friends may call at the Hanson-Stark-Welin Funeral Home Tuesday from 4 till 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 9 a.m. till noon.
