MRS. JOHNSON DIES AT HOME

Stroke Proves Fatal to Lifelong Resident of Stratford

Mrs. Albert C. Johnson, 63, a lifelong resident of the Stratford community, died at her farm home, northeast of Stratford, this morning at 3 o'clock, death being caused by a stroke of paralysis and complications.

She had been ill the past month.

Funeral services will be Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Stratford Lutheran church, preceded by a brief service at the home at 1:15 o'clock. The Rev. Erickson will officiate and burial will be made in the South Marion cemetery. Foster's in charge.

Mrs. Johnson, who was the former Miss Anna Westrum, was born near Stratford, her parents being the late Mr. and Mrs. Olaf [Karin Nyblom] Westrum. She was married Jan. 30, 1894 to Albert C. Johnson.

Besides her husband, she leaves a son, Julius, and a daughter, Mrs. Stanley Ochanpaugh, of Stratford. There are also two sisters and four brothers, Mrs. Clarence Neese, Mrs. Theodore Carlson, Olaf, Jonas, Nels and Peter Westrum, all of Stratford.
