Mrs. Almeda T. Holt, 93, a longtime Stratford resident, died at the Hamilton County hospital Tuesday afternoon. She had been a patient there since Saturday.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Calvary United Methodist church with the Rev. Ellis Andrews officiating. The body will lie in state at the Hanson-Stark-Welin funeral home until 11 a.m. Friday when it will be taken to the church.

Almeda Samuelson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Samuelson, was born March 20, 1878 in Swede3n. She came to America as a young girl and located in the Stratford community.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Grace Peters of St. Paul; four grandsons and two granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Edward; two sisters and one daughter, Pearl Beougher.

She was a member of Calvary United Methodist church.
